Feeling as good as love, you could, you can.

Into a place where thoughts can bloom
Into a room where it's nine in the afternoon
And we know that it could be
And we know that it should
And you know that you feel it too
'Cause it's nine in the afternoon

And your eyes are the size of the moon
You could 'cause you can so you do
We're feeling so good
Just the way that we do
When it's nine in the afternoon

I'm a little enamored with this song. It's catchy. Real catchy. And playing it on Rock Band 2 makes it all the more addicting. This song makes me feel happy. Not really sure why. Every time I hear it, I think about New Year's Eve at Dan's apartment; him on guitar, Steph on drums and me, belting it out on the mic. Every time I hear it, I feel like singing and bouncing around like an idiot. It's just so cheery and bouncy sounding. I can't help myself!

Break is slowly coming to an end. I'm a bit excited for this semester, yet at the same time, I'm not really looking forward to it. It is going to be my busiest yet by far. I am going to get a good butt-whoopin' from my upper level writing history seminar, as well as from the other two history classes. Astronomy, while it sounds like a joke class, will probably make me cower in fear/stress because I am most likely going to fall behind. And Chinese, oh oh Chinese. There are no words. Simply no words to describe the kind of burden you will add on to my already heavy course load. I'm a bit scared, but at the same time, I want to be challenged. BRING IT ON. I need something overwhelming to kick me in the stomach and motivate me to work diligently. I didn't do so great last semester, and I need to prove to myself that I haven't turned into a complete bum. And I'm sick of my parents constantly nagging me and comparing me to their friends' kids. I want to prove to them that I can be just as great, or even better than their stupid friends' kids. That'll shut them up. At least for a little while...

Aja aja fighting!
