Today's my 21st birthday. I'm officially legal. Oh snap! I can legally drink now. How exciting. But not really.
But yeah, 21. Woot.
Okay, that's all. HAHA.

Almost there.
Well, my midterm is over and done with. I think I did all right. There were a few ID questions that I had trouble with, but I didn't leave it blank and that's all that matters, right? ... Right. YES.
Over the past two days (not even two whole days, just yesterday up until right now), I've consumed an obscene amount of caffeine. Enough to power 4-5 people. Or maybe even a small town. Blargh.
I'm not completely done yet though. Still need to do my Chinese and Astronomy homework for tomorrow T_T
Poop.
Wish me luck...

I <3 Gmail labs
I love it. I really do. I just love gmail in general. It's amazing. Google is just awesome. But gmail, oh man, gmail. I love you. This much is true. This I promise you. I do.
Ok, enough of my sappy love for gmail. The real question is, WHY do I love gmail oh so much?
WELL, it is because it has a handy dandy application (known as labs) on it called, "Take a Break!" and what it does is it prevents me from looking at my gmail for 15 minutes (signs me out of G-chat and doesn't let me receive any incoming mail). I've been using it like nobody's business all night long. It's really ingenius. I wish they had that for facebook. OH MY GOSH, how amazing (and productive for me) would that be if I could do that for facebook? I would be like 10 times more productive. I think the entire world would be more productive. It would change the world. No doubt. NO DOUBT. Dang diggity.
I don't know why I'm repeating things in caps. It's late. My head is starting to hurt because I've been wearing my contacts for so long. I'm really hungry (my stomach is angrily grumbling at me right now) and I'm fed up with studying for this exam. My butt is tired. My eyes are tired. Blahh.
I just really wanted another distraction ... and an excuse to write about how much I love gmail. And now that I'm done, I'm going back to my books, and my study sheet (8 pages and counting...). Pease out.

I swear you've got me all wrong
I am utterly and hopelessly distracted right now.
I can't concentrate on the task at hand: studying for my British India history midterm tomorrow morning. You know when you have to do something important, but you don't really want to do it, how everything else just seems so much more interesting? Well, that is me right now. Facebook, gmail, blogger, yahoo, twitter, even my water bottle seems more fascinating than British India. Not to mention, there's this gnawing feeling of hunger (despite the fact that I already ate an hour or so ago) at the pit of my stomach. I really want to get a snack, but it probably wouldn't be wise to leave my things unattended in the library.
I always see people leaving their stuff alone at the library; I don't know how they do it, how they are so trusting of the people around to either 1) not steal their stuff or 2) watch their stuff or 3) stop a stranger from taking their stuff. I trust nobody with my Macbook. I think if it got stolen, it'd be like losing part of my life. Pretty much EVERYTHING is on here. Pictures, songs, TV shows, homework, documents, the works. I have some of it backed up on my external, but there is still a considerable amount of my stuff that is not saved somewhere else. Which reminds me, I need to get a new external. I've run out of room on my current one. Poop.
And back I go...
PS. I really want a food processor and a stand mixer so I can make yummy baked goods such as this: roasted pecan chocolate chip cookies. Okay yeah, very random tidbit. Blah.
PPS. I just really want a stand mixer. Would make my life easier. And my arms would get a bit of rest. Okay, I'm going back to studying now. For realz. Seriously.
PPPS. I just realized that I've had WAAAY too much coffee today. 1 iced grande nonfat latte at 11:30, an iced venti caramel macchiato around 1, and I'm drinking another iced grande caramel macchiato right now. I'm pretty sure I'm going to drop dead soon. Okay. SERIOUSLY going back to studying now. SERIOUSLY.

Cuz you had a bad day..
Bad days always seem to get worse as the day progresses. It starts off with one bad thing, and everything else seems to follow and adds onto the pile of things gone wrong, and things that can go wrong. I started off the day with a brief review of my midterm on Thursday during which I realized how screwed I am for the exam. Soon after that, I went to the library to do some research, where I kept hitting dead ends, which meant that I spent a good deal of time walking around the library, looking for the article that I needed. Then I lost my glove. And then my left contact got blurry and I couldn't see. And I had a mini headache from looking through microcards. And then I retraced myself throughout the entire library looking for my lost glove. Then I went around looking for the books I needed and couldn't find them. Only found one. Made photocopies and almost left the book in the copier. Didn't get to eat lunch. Came back to my room to take my contacts out. So hungry...
I'm sorry. I sound like a huge, whiny baby right now. It's quite unattractive.
I can't wait for spring break.
